About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced leader to design and deliver impactful learning experiences that align with strategic priorities and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a strategy for onboarding and core learning solutions aligned with strategic priorities
- Design scalable frameworks that support job-ready capability across career pathways
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions from onboarding to ongoing development
- Evaluate learning effectiveness using performance and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Strong background in Learning & Development, with a deep understanding of adult learning principles
- Advanced expertise in learning experience design and instructional methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and consultative skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate
- Business acumen and understanding of customer service and insurance industry dynamics
