Key Account Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate and grow a robust sales pipeline by consistently surpassing order and revenue targets for assigned accounts.
- Implement a unified strategy across all assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication with internal teams.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to deliver assigned annual orders, revenue, and objectives.
- Integrate support functions into the customer engagement strategy to enhance customer experience, account penetration, and ensure compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
- 10+ years' experience working in the Rail industry.
- Proven commercial experience with a successful growth track record and margin retention.
- Railroad products, services, industry knowledge, and technical depth and breadth.
- Competitive drive, courage, determination, and passion.
- Communication skills, influence skills, and superior negotiation skills.
- Willingness to learn, share, grow, and seek excellence.
