
Business Development Executive

The primary goal of this position is to achieve and surpass sales targets within a designated territory by expanding the customer base through strategic partnerships, enhancing distribution networks, and ensuring optimal return on investment.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain and expand the existing customer base by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with key accounts.
- Maximize sales potential for all relevant brands within each customer's portfolio.
- Achieve and exceed distribution targets for new products and core ranges.
- Implement and monitor monthly performance metrics in accordance with established goals.
- Drive the timely introduction and distribution of new products to market.
- Ensure exceptional merchandise standards across their assigned geographic area.
- Meet or exceed return on investment criteria for discounts and capital expenditures.
- Nurture strong working relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Participate in approved company health and safety initiatives and maintain accurate data within the CRM system.
- 2-5 years of experience in field sales environments.
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining robust customer relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Marketing (desired but not mandatory).
- Valid full driver's license.
