Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement affiliate strategies to deliver business growth and revenue enhancement initiatives.
  • Design and execute trading strategies, campaigns, and mitigation plans to optimize affiliate performance in line with quarterly objectives.
  • Build strong internal networks and collaborate closely with the full Affiliate RTM team and colleagues across the organization to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
  • Nurture key relationships with strategic partners to drive affiliate growth and maximize revenue opportunities via third-party channels.
  • Prepare and analyze weekly and quarterly reports on affiliate performance, highlighting key metrics at channel, campaign, and affiliate levels.
  • Collaborate with digital teams to create customer-centric experiences that enhance conversion rates and drive business success.
  • Partner with affiliates to develop effective communication strategies and foster collaborative relationships that promote mutual growth.
  • Own and manage affiliate forecasting tools, offer planners, and other essential resources to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Champion affiliate interests and educate peers across the organization on best practices and emerging trends in affiliate marketing.
