Project Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a collaborative and consultative project professional with a construction background to join our Facilities and Property team.

You will work alongside our Construction Project Manager and Design, and Workspace Manager to deliver operational and capital work projects efficiently, on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Construction Project Management and proven experience managing small/minor works in the build environment.

Key responsibilities include coordinating small/minor change requests and workspace changes, driving and delivering projects, developing project programs, staging plans, cost plans, document briefs, reviewing and evaluating tender submissions, undertaking site inspections, audits and condition reports for existing and new site facilities, developing asset registers, furniture schedules and sourcing of furniture solutions meeting briefs, budget and forecasts, drafting contracts and agreements, liaising and effectively communicating with all stakeholders, ensuring delivery of projects within time and budget, identifying potential problems/issues and developing solutions, and providing project records and contract administration.

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office, MS Project, and SharePoint
