Proposal Coordination Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and submission of high-quality proposals for international projects.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support proposal logistics, ensuring timely preparation and submission of proposals.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop file structures and document control systems.
  • Administer business development processes, including opportunity tracking and management systems.
  • Support communication within the opportunity team, liaising between teams and project leads.
  • Engage with proposal personnel to collect bid materials throughout the proposal stage.
