Drive Sales Growth as a Retail Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team in Geelong, VIC. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining store presentation, and leading a team of up to 15 members.
- Leadership Expertise: You must have demonstrated leadership experience, with a proven track record of empowering teams and embodying organizational values.
- Customer Focus: You must prioritize customer needs, deliver excellent service, and take retail seriously.
- Team Management: You will be accountable for leading, coaching, and training your team, as well as preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports, and team compliance.
- Visual Merchandising: You will maintain a high standard of store presentation in line with brand guidelines and visual merchandising best practices.
