Lead Construction Supervisor Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Construction Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in supervising construction projects, with a strong understanding of building codes and regulations. They will be able to lead and motivate a team of construction workers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise construction work to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
  • Manage and guide the direct workforce on site, ensuring that they are aware of any variations, disputes or other contractual matters.
  • Coordinate materials handling requirements in conjunction with building management.
  • Attend programme and site meetings as required.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Related trade or tertiary qualifications.
  • Extensive experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Ability to use your initiative, prioritise tasks and maintain a positive approach to work.
