Construction Project Manager

The North-South Corridor project is a major infrastructure development that requires the expertise of skilled professionals. As a Spoil Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of this project.
As a key member of the project team, your responsibilities will include overseeing excavation, handling, and disposal of spoil on site. This will involve technical expertise, on-site management skills, and a strong commitment to safety and environmental regulation.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, applicable legislation, approvals, standards, and risk management process.
- Contribute to minor design on site, monitoring and recommending changes to design details for ease of construction.
- Exercise professional judgment in resolving engineering issues.
- Verify subcontractors' claims and variations.
- Undertake cost controlling and estimating as required.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (e.g., Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering).
- Proven experience in construction site operations, preferably roads, tunnels, or bridges, with specific experience in spoil management being highly desirable.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and waste management practices.
- Delivered on major civil infrastructure projects or similar.
