The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a multi-storey residential project in Adelaide.

This is a challenging role that requires effective management of time, cost, safety, environmental legislative, financial, industrial and quality contract requirements. The successful candidate will deliver the project on time and within budget while ensuring excellent client management.

What You Will Do

As a Project Manager at Hindmarsh, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of construction projects. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring seamless integration of all aspects.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage project risks, identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to complex problems. Your ability to lead and mentor a project team will be essential in achieving project goals and objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Building or equivalent
  • Multi-story experience preferred
  • Over 8 years' demonstrated experience as a Project Manager; ideally with experience delivering projects in various sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a project team
  • Experience managing projects with a high focus on safety, quality and environmental challenges
