Job Title: Project Manager

The Job Role
  • Our company requires a skilled and experienced project manager to oversee civil projects from conception to completion, including planning, delivery, and handover.
  • This role will involve coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, as well as ensuring the timely and successful delivery of various construction projects.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil construction and be able to manage projects with budgets ranging from $0.5M to $10M.
  • Additionally, they must possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a solid understanding of civil works methods and plant.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
  • A minimum of 8-10 years' experience in civil construction is required, although prior experience as a project manager is not necessary.
  • Candidates must have a proven track record of delivering subdivisions or related infrastructure projects, as well as managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
