Site Management Position

A highly experienced and skilled Site Manager is required to lead the day-to-day operations on a construction site, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors to meet project requirements and specifications.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Monitor project progress closely and provide regular updates to stakeholders through effective communication and reporting.
  • Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5-10 years' experience as a Site Manager for a reputable organization, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong expertise in multi-residential and high-rise project management, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple subcontractors on site, with excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of occupational health and safety (OH&S) principles and practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
