  • Ensuring compliance with Australian Building Standards, WHS regulations, and accessibility legislation.">
  • Driving innovation through modern technologies, including modular construction, prefabrication, and digital project management tools.">

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.

A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline is highly desirable.

Experience managing multiple concurrent sites and familiarity with innovative construction technologies and smart housing systems is also essential.
