Hospital Patient Safety Officer

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our security team as Patient Safety Officers.
About the Role: As a key member of our hospital security team, you will be responsible for ensuring patient safety and staff well-being across various areas of the hospital. This includes overseeing patient movement, monitoring contractors and visitors, and providing a high level of customer service to patients, families, and staff.
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must also have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and safety outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- Working Rights in Australia: Full working rights in Australia are required for this role.
- Victorian Security Licence: A current and valid Victorian Security Licence is essential.
- Rostering Flexibility: You will need to demonstrate flexibility with rostering schedules.
