We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Bar Attendant to join our dynamic team in a truly exceptional setting. Our venue boasts 100 stylish rooms and modern conference spaces, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes.
As a Bar Attendant, you will have the opportunity to showcase the finest local produce and Yarra Valley wines while working in a relaxed riverside atmosphere. You will create memorable moments for guests by delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests with expert recommendations to elevate their experience
- Efficiently take orders and serve drinks to ensure a smooth, high-energy service
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and inviting bar environment at all times
- Assist with the hosting of events and functions, contributing to the vibrant atmosphere
- Ensure accurate bartending duties, including inventory management and cash handling
What We're Looking For:
- A friendly, approachable attitude with a guest-focused mindset
- Strong knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles
- A positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
