Job Opportunity:
Senior Manager Acquisitions is responsible for delivering high value land acquisition programs. This role requires exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, managing teams, and ability to operate in an evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Manager will be responsible for meeting legislative requirements and policy best practice as established by relevant authorities. You will provide expert quality strategic advice on land acquisitions and future land uses. Additionally, you will have sound commercial governance and risk management experience.
Essential Requirements:
A degree or equivalent qualifications in land economics, property valuation, or other relevant property related discipline. Extensive experience with the application and interpretation of Environmental Planning and Assessment Act and associated legal processes as they apply to land acquisition. Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering land acquisition strategic projects to ensure accountability.
