Key Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Capital Markets Team as an Asset Allocation Consultant.

This newly created role involves working with a team that delivers high-quality investment and strategic macroeconomic advice and research to clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Capital Markets Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of capital markets to enhance knowledge and understanding of market trends and related client issues.
  • Client Consulting: Produce bespoke work and interact with external institutional clients, maintaining strong relationships in asset allocation.
  • DAA Process Support: Contribute to the Dynamic Asset Allocation process, involvement in macroeconomic modelling, and contributing to other research activities related to investment strategy.
  • Strategic Thought Leadership: Contribute to the formation of strategic and dynamic asset allocation views, supporting client teams in providing asset allocation recommendations.
Required Expertise:
  • Relevant experience in banking, investment consulting, funds management, government, or similar roles performing economic, investment, and market analysis.
  • Strong quantitative skills and fundamental understanding of investing.
  • Appropriate graduate and postgraduate qualifications in relevant fields (e.g., Economics, Finance, Commerce).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and communicate effectively at all levels.
