We are on the lookout for an experienced and confident Transport Allocator to join our fast-paced Kilsyth team.

The Role: Coordinate daily deliveries, collections, and vehicle allocations across our VIC operations.
Manage asset allocation, labour planning, and transport requests for key client accounts.
Ensure deliveries are safe, timely, and cost-effective while maximising trailer utilisation.
Collaborate with the Operations team and customers to uphold high customer service standards.
Monitor driver schedules and ensure compliance with fatigue management regulations.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and internal communications.
What you Bring: Previous experience in fleet allocation, logistics coordination, or transport operations.
Strong geographical knowledge of Melbourne and surrounds.
Clear communicator with solid planning and time management skills.
Resilience under pressure and strong multitasking abilities.
TMS knowledge (Translogix preferred) and general IT proficiency.
