We are seeking an individual to take charge of bookings and allocations for our organization.

This role is responsible for allocating jobs to staff and assets across various sites in Melbourne, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.

A key aspect of this position is developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and staff alike.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will be responsible for logging and closing jobs effectively, resolving any disputes that may arise.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.

Tertiary qualifications in Logistics Management or a related field are highly desirable.

In addition, the candidate should have excellent communication skills, a high attention to detail, and strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

The ability to work independently and strive for success is essential, as well as possessing efficient work habits and initiative.

Highly organized individuals with excellent time management skills are encouraged to apply.
