Human Resources Officer @ DUTT | Driving Strategic Workforce Planning

We are on the lookout for an experienced and confident Transport Allocator to join our fast-paced Kilsyth team. If you are a logistics professional who thrives under pressure and enjoys the challenge of coordinating complex transport operations, we want to hear from you.

The Role:

  • Coordinate daily deliveries, collections, and vehicle allocations across our VIC operations.
  • Manage asset allocation, labour planning, and transport requests for key client accounts.
  • Ensure deliveries are safe, timely, and cost-effective while maximising trailer utilisation.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team and customers to uphold high customer service standards.
  • Monitor driver schedules and ensure compliance with fatigue management regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and internal communications.

What you Bring:

  • Previous experience in fleet allocation, logistics coordination, or transport operations.
  • Strong geographical knowledge of Melbourne and surrounds.
  • Clear communicator with solid planning and time management skills.
  • Resilience under pressure and strong multitasking abilities.
  • TMS knowledge (Translogix preferred) and general IT proficiency.
  • Monday to Friday work – enjoy your weekends off
