As a Food and Beverage Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our operations.
About the RoleThis position involves leading a team of front-of-house staff, providing expert guidance on delivering exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and identifying areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have a thorough knowledge of the local food and beverage scene, and be well-groomed and professional in appearance.
- Lead the team to achieve outstanding results
- Coordinating daily operations with the Retail Manager
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and revenue
- Mentor and train staff members
- Address any guest feedback promptly and effectively
The successful candidate must also hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate and have previous experience in a similar environment. Excellent time management skills are essential in this fast-paced setting.
