Job Title: Food and Beverage Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of food and beverage operations, including service preparation, equipment setup, and cleaning.
  • Ensure that all food and beverages are served according to industry standards at the right time and place.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere that makes guests feel comfortable.
  • Excellent communication skills to handle guest concerns and compliments.
  • Resolve issues and turn them into opportunities for memorable guest experiences.
  • Be a trusted contact for guests and assist with bill inquiries and local knowledge.
  • Maximize revenue on shift through promotion and upselling, and training of colleagues.
  • Assist in ensuring training of food and beverage staff is carried out and implemented.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation.
  • Have a flexible approach to adapting to guest requests and resolve complaints and challenges.
  • Stay calm under pressure and foster a positive team culture.
