Food and Beverage Team Leader Job">

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional service to our guests.

The role involves supervising Food and Beverage outlet operations during Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner meal periods, creating an energetic and engaging environment where team members and guests can connect over great food and beverages. You will communicate and delegate tasks to the team, manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner, assist with analyzing performance, rostering, and budgeting, and train and develop team members.

This is a mid-senior level full-time position that requires strong leadership and communication skills. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a high-performing team, we encourage you to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Food and Beverage outlet operations during Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner meal periods;
  • Create an energetic and engaging environment where team members and guests can connect over great food and beverages;
  • Communicate and delegate tasks to the team;
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Assist with analyzing performance, rostering, and budgeting;
  • Train and develop team members;
