Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage department. This is a part-time position that requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Inspect and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all food and beverage areas.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering procedures to minimize waste and optimize profits.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and employee morale.
  • Provide training and coaching to staff on food safety, hygiene, and customer service standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role or in a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills with ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Supervisory experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Certification in hospitality management or related field an asset.
