Food and Beverage Team Lead

Were seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Professional to lead our F&B team. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach, utilizing organizational skills and knowledge to assist the F&B Manager in the smooth running of our F&B outlets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate daily F&B operations across all outlets.
- Demonstrate a hands-on leadership style and use strong organizational skills to support the F&B Manager.
- Inspire, train, and develop the F&B team to perform at high service standards.
- Manage guest satisfaction by handling complaints and ensuring a positive experience.
- Energetic, proactive, motivated, and sound organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
- Confidence in decision making, initiative, and the ability to think creatively.
- Strong passion for delivering excellent service and leading your team to perform to high standards.
- Minimum 2 years of Food and Beverage experience in a team leader or supervisor role.
- Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
