Lead Retail Store Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational retail professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and exceed sales targets and growth expectations
  • Effectively manage store operations to deliver budgeted wage costs
  • Set the standard for customer service, ensuring staff are trained to deliver exceptional experiences
  • Maximise sales and profitability through effective stock management and visual merchandising
  • Ensure the store maintains high standards of visual presentation and merchandises stock to maximise sales potential
  • Recruit team members with the correct brand and cultural fit, competencies and behaviours
  • Provides team with a quality induction and introduction to the brand values
  • Provides direction and appropriate feedback to team members
  • Create a positive and productive store environment for team members

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years retail management experience in an apparel and homewares industry
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail sales environment
  • Strong commercial acumen to achieve outstanding sales results and key performance indicators
  • An eye for detail and high standards of visual presentation
  • Expert in delivering brand experience and cultural fit
  • Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills
  • A capacity to prepare monthly rosters costed to achieve store budgets
  • The ability to analyse and organise stock to maximise sales on the shop floor
  • Desire to challenge yourself to achieve company and personal objectives
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage, motivate and lead a team to reach their potential
