What you'll Drive
Growth Engine What Success Looks Like
Net-New Acquisitions
• Open doors at ASX 100 boards, federal agencies, and state clusters.
• Orchestrate the full cycle from first meeting to signed SOW—
Account Expansion
• Turn single-project wins into multi-year, multi-million-
dollar programmes.
• Spot whitespace, craft value-based pitches, and upsell
AI modules before competitors blink.
Executive Whispering
• Earn trusted-advisor status with CFOs, CIOs, and Secretaries.
• Chair QBRs that end with scope add-ons, not status updates.
Revenue-Backed Delivery
• Lead pursuit teams, align delivery to commercial milestones,
and protect gross margin
• Escalate blockers fast so value lands on—or ahead of—promise.
Hunter Culture
• Recruit and coach quota-carrying "tiger teams."
• Install a pipeline hygiene, win-loss, and social-selling rhythm

The Toolkit We're Looking For
- 10+ yearsselling consulting, or digital-transformation programmes—ideally to
Australian government or ASX 200 enterprises.
- Consistent record ofcrushing quotaand expanding deals
- Fluency inboard-level storytellingthat links strategy pain to platform ROI.
- Street-smart negotiator who can structure creative commercials—outcome-based fees,
co-funded pilots, multi-year ramps.
- Leader–doer hybrid: you love building playbooks as much as closing deals.
- Bonus points: familiarity with buying cycles in Defence, Health, Treasury, or large
infrastructure agencies; MBA or equivalent strategic credential.
