Job Title: Reefworld Chef

Craft exquisite menus and lead a team to deliver premium dining experiences in a stunning island setting.

This role requires adaptability, excellent presentation skills, ability to work autonomously and part of a team, proficiency with MS Office, and flexibility to work weekends and extended hours in an isolated location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage kitchen operations;
  • Ensure exceptional service standards;
  • Accommodate food allergies and dietary requirements;
  • Maintain inventory control and ordering systems;
  • Provide administrative support to the culinary team;
Requirements:
  • A relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery;
  • A minimum of at least 3 years' experience in a similar chef's role;
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA);
  • Food Safety Supervisor certification;
  • First Aid and CPR training;
  • QLD Working with Children's Check (Blue Card).
