About Our Business

We're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Reservations Consultant.

As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you'll play a crucial role in helping them discover and book their dream experiences.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Staying up-to-date with products, timetables, and promotions.
  • Managing bookings from various sources using Custom Linc.
  • Processing payment bookings and completing end-of-day cash-ups.
  • Finalizing QA bookings while applying promotions.
  • Coordinating bookings with third-party providers.
  • Keeping track of Reservations Policies and Procedures.
  • Providing excellent service in the Retail Store and upselling merchandise.
  • Preparing necessary paperwork and manifests for operations.
  • Responding to guest feedback in a friendly manner.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Exceptional customer service skills, providing outstanding service and converting enquiries into bookings.
  • Confidence with technology and communication devices, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, connecting with customers and supplying necessary information.
  • Multitasking abilities, remaining calm under pressure and maintaining a solution-based mindset.
  • A positive attitude, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone feels supported.
  • Strong attention to detail, contributing to our commitment to excellence.

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 1 year's customer service/sales experience.
  • Certificate II in Tourism or Business Admin (desirable).
  • Driver's License (desirable).
  • Familiarity with CustomLinc or similar reservation platform (desirable).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
