We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Leader to join our high-performing sales team at Parramatta BMW.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to work in a fast-paced environment, where passion, performance, and personality come together to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- The successful candidate will establish and maintain relationships with fleet and business customers, maximising customer satisfaction through an uncapped commission structure.
- You will be responsible for driving our vision of 'Complete Customer Satisfaction' as a key member of the leadership team within our state-of-the-art showroom.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Build strong relationships with our existing customer base, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention rates.
- Work closely with the General Sales Manager to align our sales strategy with the company's overall objectives.
