About the Role

The Relationship Manager will play a key role in guiding clients through the complexities of property investment, providing expert, tailored advice to help clients build and manage diversified property portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth property consultations to understand clients' investment preferences and goals.
  • Provide holistic, goal-oriented property advice to develop resilient and diversified investment portfolios.
  • Collaborate with property analysts, mortgage advisers, and buyers advocacy teams to identify market opportunities and trends.
  • Manage the client journey through their unique day sales cycle, ensuring a seamless investment process.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with clients through a 12-month ongoing service program, regularly reassessing portfolios to align with market conditions.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and participate in networking events to promote the company's services.

About You

The ideal candidate for this Relationship Manager role will have proven experience in client relationship management, ideally within the property or investment advisory field. You have strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and data and are driven by the satisfaction of guiding clients toward financial success.
