Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio within the Southern corridor. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and management of properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a diverse portfolio comprising approximately 140 properties.
  • Provide dedicated administrative support to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain robust client relationships for long-term success.
  • Manage maintenance requests and trade orders, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Prepare for and attend tribunal hearings as necessary.
  • Conduct entry and exit inspections to ensure compliance.
  • Perform routine property inspections to uphold standards.
  • Handle water invoicing and arrears management effectively.
  • Utilize Property Me software for property management tasks.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in property management.
  • Possession of essential tools, including Certification of Registration, a vehicle, and a valid driver's license.
  • Familiarity with Property Me software is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of QLD legislation is crucial.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills are required.
