What does this mean for you? As a Business Transformation Specialist, you will be working on projects that aim to simplify and improve processes for customers, employees, and shareholders alike. You will define project scope, business outcomes, and capabilities delivered, demonstrating an understanding of agreed-upon value outcomes and assisting on large and complex projects.

  • You will establish effective relationships with stakeholders to achieve necessary outcomes and provide direction and guidance to others.
  • Manage resources within a consolidated model that accounts for required capabilities, hybrid functions, spans of control, and seniority in its design for large and complex projects/programs, providing direction and guidance to others.
  • Deliver accuracy and consistency of requirements throughout large projects without the need for direction or guidance.
  • Packaging requirements within large, complex projects, achieving consensus and formal approval independently.
  • Define and deliver messaging and outcomes by ensuring the medium, audience, and content are appropriate.

  • A good knowledge of Business Banking divisions and operations.
  • A solid grasp of project management disciplines and financial services.
