Job Title:
Multidisciplinary Administrative Coordinator

"A key role within our Allied Health Department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional administrative services to Consultants, patients and stakeholders. This involves maintaining a professional and efficient reception service, ensuring all computer data entries are accurate and timely, and providing effective administration support in line with established processes and systems.

You will have experience working in a similar setting, possessing strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Your proficiency in using MS Office packages, email and patient information/recall database systems is essential in this dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a professional and efficient reception service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage all computer data entries accurately and efficiently, including invoicing and reporting.
  • Provide effective administration support to medical professionals and stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Use MS Office packages, email and patient information/recall database systems to manage administrative tasks.
