Job Description:

Your role is to ensure the efficient running of patient administration services. You will provide a customer-oriented information service to patients, visitors, and staff.

You will be responsible for the collection of data, accuracy of information, and ensuring patient medical records are available on admission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Activate patient pager systems
  • Accurately complete admissions on IBA
  • Ensure all documentation is clearly understood and signed by the patient
  • Maintain the reception area, including temperature and tidiness
  • Perform switchboard functions, including answering and connecting calls
Requirements:

You will have proficient knowledge of the health industry and health funds, preferably within a hospital setting.

Able to communicate effectively with hospital colleagues, patients, families, medical staff, and the public.
