Job Title: Construction Contract Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to oversee all aspects of contract administration.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the preparation, negotiation, execution, and monitoring of contracts.
  • Collaborate with project managers and legal teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all contracts.
  • Provide support in resolving contract-related issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction management or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Contract Administration within building construction.
  • Experience working on defence projects is highly desired.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contract administration, working closely with project managers and site teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and deadlines.
