Operate and Maintain Water Treatment Plants

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to play a crucial role in operating and maintaining water treatment plants across New South Wales.

The successful candidate will ensure our projects and site operations are delivered in accordance with health & safety, environmental, legislative, and corporate obligations.

  • Onsite coordination of project delivery, sub-contractors and supplier deliveries
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and suppliers, subcontractors and regulatory agencies
  • Manage field-based project delivery including labour, equipment, trades, logistics, and other resources
  • Monitoring plant operations and assisting in plant optimisation
  • Conducting water quality sampling and ensuring proper procedures are followed
  • Carrying out routine maintenance duties and managing resources, tools, and equipment
  • Participating in safety and environmental management processes
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in the supervision of site operations, specialising in water projects
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in water treatment operations
  • Practical experience in Quality, Environmental and OH&S Management systems including contractor supervision in field-based or industrial environments
  • Ability to build, foster and maintain positive working relationships with clients, team members, colleagues, external suppliers and regulatory bodies
  • Willingness to travel interstate from time to time
  • Police Clearance Check (ability to obtain baseline Department of Defence security clearance)
  • Cert III Water Treatment or similar is desired
