Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented Process or Senior Process Engineer to join our team in Newcastle. The successful candidate will play a key role in the complete project life cycle, from investigations to operations support.

About the Role

As a Process or Senior Process Engineer, your primary responsibilities include undertaking process reviews, investigations, and designs of wastewater and/or water treatment plants. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and staying at the forefront of technological developments and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • A Chartered Professional Engineer (or working towards being chartered) with a Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
  • Strong background in chemical and/or environmental engineering in the municipal water/wastewater industry.
  • Experience undertaking and leading investigations, options assessments, and design of municipal treatment plants.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and through high-quality reports and presentations.
  • Willingness to mentor and develop more junior colleagues.
