Job Description We are seeking a skilled Water Treatment Specialist to operate and maintain a contaminated water treatment plant in Raymond Terrace. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in water treatment operations to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Operate, monitor and maintain the contaminated water treatment plant Assist project engineers in undertaking improvement and optimisation initiatives Carry out water sampling with a high degree of care to prevent cross contamination Maintain asset integrity by regular inspections, services and testing to ensure maximum uptime Work closely with stakeholders to ensure contract obligations are met Undertake routine maintenance activities including supervision of work orders and maintaining a spare parts inventory
Required Skills and Qualifications Experience in water treatment operations is highly desirable A working knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment and components Previous experience in water sampling and/or testing is highly regarded Ability to pass a criminal history check and Department of Defence baseline security clearance
