Job Title: Senior Water Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior Water Expert to lead our water services group. This key role will involve providing technical leadership on surface water projects, supporting team growth, and collaborating with management.

The successful candidate will contribute to business development activities, expand the national surface water team, and demonstrate and deliver technically accurate data analysis and reporting.

  • Responsibilities include:
  • Providing expert advice on surface water/water issues, regulations, and best practices.
  • Collaborating with clients, regulatory agencies, and other technical disciplines to develop innovative solutions.
  • Managing and delivering medium to large-scale projects from proposal to completion, building strong client relationships.

Requirements include:

  • 8+ years of experience in water/environmental consulting.
  • Sound capabilities in managing water-related projects.
  • Strong leadership with a people focus, thriving in a fun, friendly environment.
  • Ability to distil complex information and communicate effectively.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Degree qualifications in Engineering (Water).
