**Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA)**
We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic organisation, leveraging your skills and experience to drive growth and success.
The ideal candidate will have 12-18 months of sales experience in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of success. You will be a critical thinker, analytical, detail-oriented, and metrics-driven. Your passion for entrepreneurship and self-starting qualities will enable you to thrive in this role.
The Enterprise and Strategic Business Development team is responsible for building and executing account-based marketing plans. As a Business Development Associate, you will partner with this team to support their efforts, driving pipeline growth through detailed research, implementation of org mapping, and personalised content creation.
You will assist the team in crafting highly customised, multi-channel, persona-based outreach initiatives to drive specific interest. Additionally, you will find creative ways to gain access to key decision-makers through fostering client relationships and organising industry-specific events.
As the conduit between Sales and Marketing, you will ensure continuity of messaging across the full customer sales lifecycle. Your ability to think critically and analytically will enable you to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
