Job Overview

As a vital member of our organization, you will play a key role in providing support with employee relations matters. This opportunity offers junior HR specialists the chance to take ownership of their desk and be responsible for recruitment and ER processes.

About the Position

This 12-month fixed term contract provides a platform to utilize your strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and employee relations to drive continuous improvements in HR functions and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Recruitment process management from start to finish
  • Providing expert advice on employee relations matters to employees and managers
  • HR administration tasks
  • Offering guidance on performance reviews, succession planning, and other HR-related areas
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or a relevant field
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder liaison skills
