About the Role

The successful candidate will be an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in retail and brand marketing. With competency in modern, results-driven marketing, they will have a deep understanding of local customer insights and knowledge of competitive environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned to the Vicinity Marketing Strategy and Vision Strategy and Action Plan (VSA's)
  • Lead the charge in creating and executing campaigns, activations, and projects that drive value and deliver ROI
  • Collaborate with the Regional Brand and Marketing Manager to develop brand and marketing strategies for the centre
  • Maintain strong relationships with retailers, leasing managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and reporting
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in retail and/or brand marketing
  • Strong analytical understanding of local customer insights and knowledge of competitive environments
  • Ability to work as part of a team and develop/maintain strategic relationships across a region
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strategic marketing expertise, including data & insights, frameworks, methodologies, and channels
  • Marketing legal, risk, and compliance knowledge
  • Event management and project management skills
  • Proofreading and editing skills
  • Interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
  • Financial acumen and proven performance to drive value and commercial results
