About the Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and advice to achieve goals;
  • Ensuring operational management plans are developed and continually improved, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives;
  • Supporting client groups with their transition to an information system and support with incident reporting and management;
  • Partnering with client groups to undertake risk profiling activities and ensure all risks have controls and mitigation plans in place;

You will work closely with local management and other teams on matters related to health, safety, and wellbeing.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5-7 years' experience in a comparable role, with experience leading others highly desirable;
  • Experience in promoting advances in safety culture and safety systems;

You will have the ability to:

  • Function autonomously, working in collaboration with others to deliver quality outcomes;
  • Lead diverse skillsets and backgrounds, coach, mentor employees, undertake performance management, conflict resolution, and identification of training needs;
  • Manage teams and timelines effectively to meet objectives and goals;
