Health, Safety and Wellbeing Professional

A senior consultant responsible for delivering expert advisory and implementation support to enhance physical and psychological health and safety outcomes in diverse organisations.

Work across a range of environments to deliver tailored solutions ensuring compliance with relevant legislation including the Model Work Health and Safety Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act, Psychological Health Regulations and best practice guidance from Safe Work Australia, ISO 45001 and ISO 45003.

  • Assess current health, safety and wellbeing practices, identify gaps and opportunities and provide strategic advice on implementing integrated safety frameworks.
  • Interpret and apply relevant legislation and regulatory guidance in client contexts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Consulting and Advisory: Partner with clients to assess current health, safety and wellbeing practices and identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Program Design and Delivery: Co-design and deliver tailored health, safety and wellbeing programs that reflect client values and operating environments.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Conduct internal audits, risk assessments and incident reviews to support continuous improvement in both physical and psychosocial safety.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Capacity Building: Facilitate workshops, consultations and training sessions with diverse stakeholder groups and build trusted relationships with client teams.
