Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Risk, Programs and Cyber Practice, you will provide expert advisory and implementation support to for-purpose and public sector organisations.

This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in safety systems integration, psychosocial risk management, and organisational wellbeing. You will work across diverse client environments to deliver tailored solutions that ensure compliance with relevant legislation including the Model Work Health and Safety Act 2011, Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004, Psychological Health Regulations and align with best practice guidance from Safe Work Australia, ISO 45001 and ISO 45003.

About the Role
  • You will partner with clients to assess current health, safety, and wellbeing practices and identify gaps and opportunities.
  • You will provide strategic advice and practical support to implement integrated safety frameworks covering both physical and psychological health.
  • You will interpret and apply relevant legislation and regulatory guidance to client contexts, including the Model WHS Act and OHS Act.
  • You will co-design and deliver tailored health, safety, and wellbeing programs that reflect the values and operating environments of for-purpose and public sector organisations.
  • You will develop tools, resources, and training to build internal capability in hazard identification, risk management, and wellbeing leadership.
  • You will conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and incident reviews to support continuous improvement in both physical and psychosocial safety.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • You have a strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory guidance, including the Model Work Health and Safety Act 2011, Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004, Psychological Health Regulations.
  • You have hands-on experience in safety systems integration, psychosocial risk management, and organisational wellbeing.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
