We are seeking a seasoned Estimator to lead our team in delivering high-impact projects across the Natural Resources sector.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in traditional estimating, strategic leadership, and client relationship development, with a proven track record of driving excellence in project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the end-to-end estimation process for construction projects">
  • Developing detailed cost estimates using industry-standard tools and first principles pricing">
  • Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather accurate pricing and scope data">
  • Mentoring junior estimators and fostering capability development within the team">

Requirements:

Experience in a Lead/Director-level role with estimating within transmission, mining, oil & gas, clean energy, or broader natural resources sectors; consultancy background preferred

">

Skilled with Candy, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Navisworks

">

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports and bid documents

">

A collaborative team player who can also work autonomously and mentor junior team members

">
