Senior Project Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Estimator to join our team. As a Senior Project Estimator, you will be responsible for planning and managing bids for various projects across commercial, residential, and civil sectors.
About the RoleThis is a highly rewarding opportunity for an experienced estimator who can demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in estimating and project management.
Main Responsibilities- Plan and manage bids for various projects across commercial, residential, and civil sectors.
- Identify opportunities and pre-qualify potential clients.
- Develop and submit tender documents and negotiate contracts.
- Work closely with the leadership team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in estimating and project management.
- Strong understanding of civil works, including earthworks, drainage, and infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in commercial builds and premium residential developments.
- High-level proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
