Civil Infrastructure Project Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Civil Estimator to join our team on the Sunshine Coast. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in pricing civil infrastructure projects and exceeding client expectations.
The successful candidate will have site experience in the Australian Civil Construction sector, with a strong background in project estimation, tender documentation, and contract management. Responsibilities include reviewing scope of works, preparing estimates, and identifying risks and opportunities. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as you will engage with colleagues, management, clients, and sub-contractors.

To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Experience pricing or delivering civil projects
- Demonstrate ownership in previous roles
- Proficient with industry-standard software programs
- Able to articulate construction methods clearly and concisely
- Ability to identify risks, opportunities, and present alternate methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
