Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in connecting individuals with sustainable employment opportunities. This role involves empowering job seekers to achieve their full potential by providing tailored guidance, coaching, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet specific targets and provide job placement and support services to clients.
- Collaborate with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and employers.
Experience within Employment Services is highly advantageous. Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment will set you up for success. Problem-solving and goal-setting abilities are key, alongside a solid understanding of the local labour market and employment pathways.
